UK Mainland Delivery
All orders placed will be shipped via 48 hour tracked carrier service. These hours may be affected by periods of increased demand, public holidays or generic carrier issues stated in the public domain.
EU Orders and Brexit
European orders will take 5-7 days to deliver. Orders being sent to countries within the EU will be shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. If necessary, you will be required to pay the fees to release your order from customs, so it can be successfully delivered. You should receive the customs invoice via post or email from the carrier.

Worldwide Delivery
For worldwide shipping, delivery will take between 10-20 days.
Duties and taxes are calculated by your local customs authorities. These fees must be paid for by the customer, and if refused, Dinelli Ltd has the right to deduct the return shipping costs from the original refund amount.
